Getting started

On the Mac, open the Channels window (the + next to CHANNELS), add a channel, and pick its device and input. Text shows up as soon as someone talks.

Connecting an iPhone, iPad or another Mac

• Put it on the same network as the Main Mac.
• Open Remote, pick the Main from the list, and enter the 4-digit passcode set on the Main.
• If the Main isn't in the list, type one of the addresses shown in the Main's Settings.
• Some venue Wi-Fi keeps devices from seeing each other. If a remote can't connect, use a show network or a wired connection.

Talking back from a remote

Turn on Be a channel in Remote and give it a name. Hold TALK to speak, or type a line and send it.
